Game Won't UnPause

Everytime i load my save or start a new game, it loads up instantly but the game refuses to go out of the pause menu, i've tried nearly every trick i know to get this to work, i'm playing on a msi ge62-2qc gaming laptop, has a i7 and gtx960m, this is the only game i'm having issues with, i've tried running it on my intergrated graphics, and my graphics card, same result, only different thing is i'm playing on windows 10, when i used to play this i played on windows 8.1

i play this game in windows xp and no´t have any problem

SOLVED

I changed the control configuration, it was set to the gamepad, so i switched to keyboard and it fixed the problem ;) hope it works for you too
