when the camera moves it lag

Someone know how to stop the lag every time the camera moves?

Are your fps uncapped? If yes, turn on V-Sync from the Nvidia Control Panel or Lock the fps with Nvidia Inspector or MSI Afterburner to not over 250 fps.
If it goes over that the camera starts hitching/lagging.
