Can Kenny died at the prologue?
And what would happend later in the game?
Last thing i remember when play it on ps2 is that he was crawling to the ladder

No Kenny can not die in the prologue and have the story continue (I don't remember if you can get a game over screen that early in the game). If you fail at escaping the basement, then the cutscene from aove the hatch is different.
Nothing else in the story changes.
