Bar puzzle Painting and Light help

Im stuck in the bar on the puzzle with the painting and the lights??
I am making sure to turn off the lights that they are pointing/looking at but that deer lever just WON'T. BUDGE. *explodes*

Can someone just plz tell me the right answer? plz... *fades away*
