Game won't open; crashes when I start

I downloaded the game yesterday, and at first the window to adjust the settings went out first, but I clicked on the part where it won't appear again when I run the game next time. After I done that, game won't run and it crashes. I tried reinstalling it, no luck. Even the workaround posted in some forums won't also fix it. Is there any way to fix this?

Try deleting the game and then reinstalling again. That usually works.
