Anyone heard of the OSA file format before? I believe it's where this game stores the dialogue audio for the game. I was hoping to extract the audio files and enhance them so they don't sound 30 years old, but I'm having trouble getting passed the first hurdle. If anyone knows of a way, please let me know. Got director's cut on gog, and seeing the recent trend of making "adjustments" to remastered games I'm weary of this being yet another excuse to retroactively censor something.

The sound in the game is mixed terribly and of low quality. As soon as I started playing I've noticed something is off - my ears began hurting, like when hearing an annoying frequency or some intrusive noise. The dialogues are muffled and low bitrate as if they haven't been cleaned at all for the remaster?
