Endgame problems?

I have completed all the main stories but It still seems to me that I have new conversations with Linda, Sara and Caroline, But I talk to them but they don't tell me anything new. Is the game over here?

I assume that you are at L5 on the relationship path with Linda, and Caroline and Sara is at L4 if I recall.
3 DLC's planned for 2024, will continue the game.

You can't. Not until the Dev puts out the relevant DLC's., because only then the game will continue on its relevant path, with regards to the DLC, and the in-game characters involved with that part of the storyline.

First DLC is meant to be due out in April '24 (no actual date given)and is the same method used when the game started back around 2017. This was, and still is, an episodic game. That's why you can't progress the game when you reach a certain point.
ie Linda and Caroline are both at 5/5 (for now) so in that sense the game is "completed" because those "targets" have been achieved, although their storylines are not complete with regards to the game as a whole.
The same goes for any other character where the MC (the skeevy little S.h.1.t.e is concerned.
The 3 DLC's are meant to complete the game, so assuming Icstor and Co are on course for the next "game update" (DLC) you're done.
As for this game being complete (Final Edition.. my arse!) it ain't.
Icstor was well known for his stalling/delaying tactics.
So just hope, and pray, that the DLC's are put out on time - as "promised", then you can move forward in the game.

If you have the mod to get them in the game. Their path goes no further than what is currently available. It never ever went any further than that in the original game. From what's been said (over the past few years) the Dev has no interest in moving their storyline on. (unless that's the "surprise DLC. Pregnancy/Harem/Surprise)
