As far as I recall you need to use a Renpy tool to access console commands.

You make an "options.rpy" file in the "game" directory.

The containt of this file only one line:
define config.console = True

Start a game and the Shift+O is working.

how do i make the only containt of the file: define config.console = True

create new file
name the file options.rpy
open with notepad
type the line
define config.console = true
save and exit
start the game
load your save
press shift+O
now you can cheat

Where do you actually put that new text document file? like into which existing folder do i put it into

It's not Pebkac, it's poorly typed.
define config.console = True
is the correct line (Capital T)

I have tried every way posted here making the options.rpy. define config.console = t&T. Also edited the 00console.rpy. Neither option works. As it seems to me ICSTOR blocked all ways to bring up the console. Which is why no one has finished a mod or trainer.
