you can get a patch from lewzone just typein the games name on google and put in lewdzone scroll down should see 2 patches for the game

I've heard that Patreon doesn't allow incest stuff so they refer to the character you "interact" with as family members. Since this game was basically funded by Patreon, the creator probably had to name mom "landlady" to not get banned and lose support.

No probable about it.
It was fact. he got dobbed in, as he was in breach of their guidelines and he was threatened with a take-down so he had to redo the game, hence the need for a patch, to restore the game to its original type
