I'm stumped.. I have like 10 left... almost 1 in each row and then 5 at the very bottom... I've looked everywhere... wtf... how hidden are these items and are they even worth finding if they're so elusive?

Don't have a guide but I can help you with the one of the missing items. It will be in the 1st spot on the last row, It's a blow dart. Found at 17:15 in this vid:
