can someone tell me or guide me how to install the update from the original website and install it in the steam version

NO, it is not hf patch. It's just the patch provided by Illgames, the developer of this game.
Steam version removes the uncensored content (a.k.a story mode). So you need to apply the official premium patch to add the uncensored content back.

This first is for Honey Come come come party, while the second is for Dolce DLC.
If you bought DLC, just apply the second one.

I tried using the second link and when pressing the download link it gives an error on firefox,

nevermind, figured it out. Have to disable antivirus software to get it to work.
