Basically, if you don't mind having to tinker and fix your install/patches, and want a cheaper (right now) price and know you're getting ALL content without additional restrictions and limitations, don't buy on Steam.

If price isn't a problem, higher restrictions on what you can do isn't a problem, having to patch in half the game isn't a problem, don't mind being behind on patches isn't a problem, etc... Get on Steam.

Whether it's cheaper or not is highly region dependant.

In some countries Steam version is significantly cheaper actually.

OP's profile says he's in Spain. Steam price there is, unless they stopped using Euro, 67.99 EUR. Which is equivalent of 10,700 something JPY. The DL Site price is cheaper for OP.

Wish thats the case in southeast asia. The main game in dlsite costs around 44 dollars while the steam ver only costs aeound 33 dollars. But is the dlsite one uncensored? I would prefer it despite the significant price differences

If you buy dlsite version and your Windows is not Japanese edition, you may enconter update fail to "ハニカム ドルチェ".
The update.exe cannot handle the filename or path with Japanese charactors well in non-Japanese Windows.

Besides, the update.exe will prompt you a dialog with "?????" buttons, because it's not utf8 version.

Unless you know how to deal with the issues I mentioned above, or I will suggest just buy steam version.
BTW, if you buy steam version, you need to download and apply official Premium patch to unlock story mode.

In the Steam version, you will find some limitations in the character editor, especially in terms of chest size and height
These limitations do not exist in the Japanese version
I don't know if the English version of DLsite has these limitations

All the versions are basicaly the same, the game don't have a uncensored version

As for errors, you need to install the complementary Japanese fonts, in the optional features of the Windows settings, to avoid these problems
