Not dude-dude stuff, the only Illusion game where i remember that was possible was AA2, oh and you can enable "futa" when you are creating a female character and you can use said character to be your mc, i'm talking about vanilla stuff btw and that's it i think.

You can create a female character and mark as a futanari, so you can select the character as the player and make a futa-girl scene

Idk what you're onto, if you wanna have a few knobs rubbing together you have been able do so in those games for years. The chara creation with the HF patch is so unrestrictive that the only different thing between the male and female creator is that male characters don't have voices. You can pretty much copy any preset and use it on whatever side you want.

Tags are user generated.

They are, but developers can filter out and add tags, hence why games end up with tags before the release.
