Anyway, I do know that the computer is not exactly the best in the world. My brother was an idiot with Minecraft and modded everything...I had to litterally do a manual reinstall at least 4 times because of stupid mistakes or idiot downloads. God only knows the conditon of that thing...
What do you mean by 'specs'? Specifications?
It's a Window's 7 Home Desktop edition...
On NR2003 it got about 30-60 FPS so it CAN handle certain conditions...
Bought in late 2007 [late November if I'm correct]
Think it is a 32 or 64 bit but not entirely sure
Most newer games do not handle too well unless I crank down the graphics [or in the case of Minecraft, crank up]
I installed Portal and Portal 2. Portal works fine, perfectly, but I cannot play Portal 2. I can load up anything but as soon as I try to physically play it crashes. Installing anything related to Portal 2 on GMOD gives my Black and Pink texture.
IDK if the last one is relavent but it may/may not have some sort of random effect.
I honestly have no idea about the adapter but may have info on the card. I'll crunch the numbers when I have acess and figure out how much rough memory we got and I'll go from there.
We would like to mainly see your graphics card, CPU, and RAM that you currently have and that hopefully we'll see if your graphics issue is an issue with your PC or game.
To find your specifications (for Windows 7): Start -> Run -> type dxdiag

Though I highly doubt this effects anything, this computer is meant to be setup with Broadband. Due to confusion and inconvinence, we bought a Wireless Acess USB that allows the CPU to access our Wireless Router in the same way a laptop, tab, phone, etc. could.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the game won't run on a dedicated graphics chipset. Trust me personally, as I have tried to run the game on a chipset and it wouldn't run properly.
I could be wrong, but also I don't think your CPU fits under the requirements. I'll ask for a full requirement list in the morning to verify my thoughts but as far as the graphics issue you have goes, its because of your chipset. You need to buy a new graphics card (above an NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT) if you want to play this game.
We apologize if you bought the game expecting to run.
Yeah, unfortunately your computer is quite obsolete and really isn't well suited for playing many games made in the last 4 or 5 years. The CPU is pretty slow, but the biggest issue is the integrated graphics. It's well below the minimum specs for NASCAR 2014 or just about any other (non-indie) game made in the last few years.
Normally you could upgrade the computer, but since your computer has a SFF case, your options are very limited. You're going to be limited to low profile videocards, few of which are decently powerful ( LP Radeon 7750 is about as good as it's going to get). Complicating matters even more is the fact that the PSU is proprietary due to the SFF case, so an off the shelf ATX PSU isn't going to an option. The stock 250 watt PSU is going to be a problem.
Realistically though, if you envision yourself playing newer games, you're going to need a new computer.
Guess this also explains why some of my other games are toliet papaer...
Thanks for the help, and I'm hoping I can get a new CPU ASAP.
