Fix to crashing

If anyone has trouble with crashing when selecting a mission, skirmish or set up a multiplayer match, this is what worked for me :

Try disabling Data Execution Protection for the program launcher PanzerClawsII.exe by adding it to the exception list (Control Panel --> System --> Advanced System Settings --> Performance Settings --> Data Execution Protection). This got the game working for me.
