World War III: Black Gold, a real-time strategy game released in 2001, promised an engaging experience set against the backdrop of a fictional global conflict. Unfortunately, the game falls far short of expectations, plagued by numerous issues that render it almost unplayable.

Compared to other games from the same era, World War III: Black Gold looks particularly unappealing. The lack of visual fidelity detracts from any potential immersion, making the game feel dated and unfinished.


World War III: Black Gold is a deeply flawed game that fails to deliver on almost every front.
