EDIT: Nevermind, found it. For those who have the same problem. Go to the folder where Enclave is installed. Rightclick on the icon, show package contents and doubleclick on the Wineskin app. There you have screen options. Setting the brightness to the middle improved the game tremendously
Use the cannon by the tree.
Can you fix the thing 'Wie?' said about the brightness setting in the Wineskin file in your next version? Otherwise this is great. Still need a joystick app to map buttons but I don't care.
Since Enclave OS X version is a wineskin port of the Windows game, it needs to run some libraries called Wineskin X11. Unfortunately all versions of Wineskin X11 provided by Wineskin Winery before it's 2.6.1 won't run on OS X 10.11, so you have to update the Enclave wineskin wrapper.
Here is a reddit post that explains how to update a wineskin port.

Enclave works on the following wine engine: WS9Wine1.7.44
So download this engine on wineskin.
I hope developers will release an updated version of this port.
p.s. Sorry for my English
