Anyone remember this as Odium?

I played this game ages ago under the release title "Odium," which I believe predates the Gorky 17 title. I was surprsied when I saw it rereleased under a different title.

This game has a strange place in my gaming heart. It was a lot of fun back in the day, but it is short (like 2-3 hours). I've replayed it at least 2 times. Hope people like it here for what it is worth.

I remember Odium from back in the day but didn't get to play it at the time and eventually forgot about it. Then the re-release came around and I played, and played some more. I finished the game some 5-6 times total, if memory serves, with several months between each play.Still have the original Gorky cd in one of my old boxes!

At the time I bought a magazine with the game demo and was still named "Odium"; the same magazine have reviewed the game some months after like Gorky 17 and I have played the game like Gorky 17.

The coming on Steam of this game and Septerra Core are like a dream come true °_°

I had the discs back in the days and i'm pretty sure it said Odium with big letters and gorky 17 with smaller ones.

From what I heard, it was originally called Gorky 17 and got renamed to Odium when released in US.

Yes. Very enjoyable when it was first released. Now I have to many games to even think about going back to older games like this or Baldurs Gate! :(

Id recommend it to anyone who likes isometric squad based strategy...

It was only Odium in the US. Everywhere else it was Gorky 17.
