Unable to build units to replenish losses

I build a weapons factory, but it will not allow me to build more units

Maybe you hit the unit limit? Do you have lots of units already?

fang here, you need to go to the Unit Construction panel by pressing F1 to create your units. do note that there is a current bug that crashes the game when you use the Unit Construction panel. i suggest to make the resolution to about 1024x768. hope this helps

The building isn't powered? Believe it or not i played this game when i was like 3-5, i randomly built structures without thinking of building a power source.
