To be fair though, Risky's Revenge is kind-of-sort-of a remake of the original. They're not identical, but they go through similar areas and design.
Er...no. It's a sequal.
It's a sequel that retreads a lot of similar levels.
Hence why I said it's "kind-of-sort-of a remake".
u pc gamers do nothing but pirate console games to ur computer u dont want to support the nintendo switch which is a really amazing game console if u want to play it now and the other 2 games with a true on the go expereance get ur self the switch this is why i hate pc gamers like u all of u want to emulate game console games its not the best expereance at all also the nintendo switch emulator wont be coming out for a while also if u wanna play them just wait for a while until the devs are allowed to release them
I love gaming. I'll buy the game where it's possible as early as possible. But i never emulate a game I don't own. I also have bayonetta 1 and 2 on wii u(digital) but i never bothered playing it because I quickly began hating the Wii U gamepad. PC gamers aren't that bad man. Emulating games isn't such a bad thing. righ now xbox one is emulating xbox 360 and xbox original titles. only difference is they are "selling" these games. same with the nintendo nes/snes consoles. they are simply emulating the games as well. again, only difference is, they are charging you for it.
also, the first line i wrote in this discussion thread was "I'm thinking of buying this game" followed by asking if the entire franchise is on here or not. I was later told that the first game is sort of "remade" as Risky's Revenge. So probably not going to emualte a GBC game.
well i stil dislike emulating old games sometimes but if theyre really hard to buy ill emulate them i even emulate some games i own mostly mario kart but since nintendois constantly dmcaing alot of rom sites its getting harder to find their games. and the xbox one is totally different thing if u want to play 360 or original xbox games u gotta have the disc in order to play them i also like the xbox one more because it has bacwards compatibility unlike playstation where they refuse to even allow ps3 and ps2 emulation if the xbox one can emulate the games so can the ps4.
i also have a hatred for ps now id rather play ps3 games locally like how the xbox game pass does i hate having to have high speed internet which isnt easy to get in america in most areas i live out in the counrty side and we hardly have decent internet. I also hate how sony doesnt think that one of their fans want old ps2 ps3 and ps one games on the ame system hello sony just take a look at the xbox one it plays all 3 generations and people are starting to get the older playstation consoles because they wanna play the older games they cant stand the fact that sony wont put backwards compatibility on the ps4 which id love to see them slightly up the resolution cause when i emulate wii aand gamecube games on my dolphin emulater i just up the resolution and it looks smoother.
i hate pc gaming because of the constant drm crap like denuvo sceurom and such annoying drm like that i like console gaming because they make them look cool and i like owning multiple consoles and i have the space for them. also there is a way to get hdmi on gamecube u just gotta buy a ultra hdmi mod but it has to have a special port for the the device to work its a rare version of the gamecube with the component cabled u know the one with red green and blue on it and the n64 also has a ultra hdmi mod u can install on it to make ur games look great on hdtvs and same goes with the ps2 i think but ur just a pc gamer who hates consoles cause theyre too inconvenient to u i also hate digital gaming because if a digital version of a game gets removed its gone forever. i also prefer holding the game and having a way to show it off to friends in my room
As for digital vs physical. I used to think the latter was better. But now I strongly think digital is better. Firstly you can back them up to discs, hard drives etc making them physical. But my main draw point aside from convenience of not having to put in a disc Everytime, was that most games nowadays have huge patches day 1. Look at kingdom come deliverance. It had a 20gb patch day 1. Final fantasy 15 had a huge patches day 1. Halo 5 also had a huge day with download. Meaning the discs are incomplete versions of the game. The only time you're getting complete edition is if you get the GOTY version. Plus all dlc and expansions are also digital (unless GOTY). Making the overall value of having the disc much much less. If I recall, if you bought the PC version of mgs5, it didn't have a disc in there. Rather a code for the steam download. That's why this generation I'm 100% digital. Steam is all digital. My PlayStation 4 has a few physical games but with all the sales I've actually bought quiet a few digital games. I also hate how the PS4 pro is loud and vibrates my desk if there's a disc in there. Ps3 is all physical unfortunately. I'd go digital but there's no way I can sell the physical games and buy them digitally again without having to add more money. Switch is all digital as well as my Wii U. 3ds is also digital. I've backed up my 3ds SD card too so if I ended up losing all my stuff I could just copy paste. I wish you could like preorder games with their action figures and a digital code instead of physical copy of the game. I think that's the only downside to digital. And the only game I've seen disappear from steam was Mafia 2. However I still managed to purchase it from a different key selling site. And it's on my steam library.
