^^^^^^^this looks great:)
If you have a meaty enough CPU, i would advise trying the WII version of Shiki 3 on Dolphin. Its got a ton more features and options than the p.c version, it's even in English. For a Wii emu it's surprisingly easy to run, just a top down shooter after all.
Zero Gunner 2 rocks!, very innovative and a real looker. Demul is almost there with it, i really need to get a Dx11 GPU for that. Not to mention other awesome DC shooters like Border Down, Under Defeat and Psyvariar 2 (i love how they all have such ridiculous names!)
Aye just now anyway. Pending upcoming Scottish independence vote...ken.
Gate of Thunder and Lords have such awesome music. The Turbo Grafx// Pc Engine is just stacked with amazing S.T.G's. Ootake is the emulator of choice for them.
I'm new to PS2 emulation. I wish I could figure out how to get my Gradius V save from my PS2 memory card to my PC. I used to be able to access the file at least using that official PS2-to-PS3 MC adapter, but I couldn't figure out how to make it readable in the emulator. I can't even access the files now, I suspect the software just doesn't work properly in Win8.1 and hasn't been updated.
Also I can't quite get the de-interlacing to look right... so I still have a PS2 hooked up that may as well be glued-shut with Gradius V in it.
I do wish they would sort the buggy display on the level 2 cutscene tho. Other than that it runs a treat.
But yeah, worth starting over. There are small visual glitches everywhere on the hud and writing, but otherwise it looks pretty great.
Enjoy blowing up those level 1 planetoids...they go ....whaaaaaaaaaa!
Also, Einhander.
I think there are save converters -- I used one when moving my PSX save files to my PC because I needed save states to get through a certain part of Xenogears. Guessing this applies to PS2 saves as well.
