Wasn't there a way to change the title screen/menu background?
I'd swear you were able to choose them... cannot find the option now.

I have no Idea, that's why I asked. I vaguely recall there being options like Ikaruga (black)/(white) and Ginkei (black)/(white).
I could be wrong though.

Edit: You are correct, although it seems to change with the day.
