Is this the same as 911 Cannibal?

Screen shots from 911 Cannibal look the same as this game. Reviews of 911 Cannibal mention that it's also the same as some other game released before it

I didn't play it but judging by the pictures 911: Canibal is another game in the same house and with the same killer.
I recognise the rooms, but some things are different.

I played this game today and felt like big parts of the overarching story are missing so I guess this is just part two of a sequence.
