not being able to open codex while in a run

so the item combinations are in the codex and we cant look them up while choosing items. having to open the steam guide page on a second monitor or tabbing out is massivly annoying.

This is a valid point, and we're looking into options for this.
No promises yet, but maybe we can get this implemented in a future update (perhaps through a codex link from the inventory or so).
