I've been playing L5R since Shadowlands Expansion.

Question....

Does this game follow the original storyline, or do we have the ability to change "history?"

Seeing Hida Sukune right off the bat, as a playable character... and talking to Kuni Yori about going after the Ancestral Banner of the Crab... Well, it raises questions.

There has been no definitive answer, but like the upcoming Champions of Rokugan game, this game seems to be set in its own timeline, I'm curious to see where it goes myself!

Shadowveil is part of the new, ongoing Clan Wars era, and not a direct continuation of any of the card games or roleplaying games.
