Bad news - I launched my Battle.net version, and it gave me the 30 days not online BS. It needs to be illegal for these people to sell you a game and then change the agreement. Zero dollars from me. Unbelieveable.

Why would you think that - gotta be wrong. It says in the requirements for the game a broadband internet connection. Just need to use your head bud. Theyve changed the agreement unfaithfully, and now you cant truly play Offline. I would never have bought the game in the first place.

You can play offline as well

You have to be online at least once every 30 days to play offline though, so it's not a true offline mode.
