Thank you so much to the game developers for the honest answers I asked for. Now I have completed the Seeking oversesa kin quest and built a house for Xiao ya's.

At first I was soo soo confused. Who is this? A new NPC in the game? I've searched every island but can't find it. I didn't think it was a green-headed cat that lived near the house.
If the quest in the game hints that
SUSU (I know you're the green-headed cat)
SOO SOO (I don't know who I thought was talking to the NPC in Jungle Island Village)

Stuck for almost an hour with the word SOO SOO, which is the name of the green-headed cat (the sound of the green-headed cat's name SU SU)

Talking to SuSu for this quest in English seems bugged as well. I've got the message to "Go to SuSu to gather information" and when I talk to her it's just showing empty text panes, so there's probably translation missing here.
