Vignette removal is possible.

I believe I have successfully identified how the vignette is applied in the game.

Using UPK explorer, I dug deep into the post-processing for the game. Eventually I cam across a package called BASE_PostProcess inside the startup_INT.xxx file. One of the materials inside this package is called MaterialEffect_2 and is listed as having an EffectName of DarknessOutside Effect. I rolled the dice and deleted the value for what scene this applied to, and it ended up removing the vignette.

Here's where the effect is located.[imgur.com] It appears that the package has post process settings for 360, PS3, Switch, and something called "v01". I turned it off in all of them just in case

As you can see in the comparison above, however, you can tell that turning off the vignette also changes the bloom and color correction effects. I'm trying to find a way to just remove the vignette, but I don't know if it's feasible. I may resort to just using reshade to apply color correction and bloom that matches the default game.

If anyone has any ideas on how to remove the vignette without changing color correction or bloom, that'd be great.

Figured it out? Deciding to get this game on steam just so i can remove the vignette and film grain, but yea the colors do slightly change with its removal

Nope I think I'll have to resort to using a reshade to make up for the other visual changes.
