Sorry about the bug. That's a weird one, and I am going to look into that for you. We do have a pretty big bug-fix and optimization patch that we will be releasing shortly (within the next few hours) so I would recommend giving it a try after said patch. Hopefully this patch will render your bug a non-issue. If you DO still have issues please let us know on this thread. Also grab us a copy of your game log for the problematic session (there is a button in the options menu that should bring up the logs directory). I have included the default locations of Warmachine's save files. Worst comes to worst, we'll be able to help you bypass the level so you can keep playing!
Here's how to get to your save files in case you still have issues / for your reference.
Assuming you have installed in the default location on Windows:
Computer > C: > Users > -yourusername- > AppData > Local > WarmachineGame > Saved > SaveGames
If you are running the game on a Mac it's:
Mac HD > Users > -yourusername- > Library > Application Support > Epic > WarmachineGame > Saved > SaveGames

And a very big thanks for the huge patch. I really love your game and you guys do a wonderful job.
Unfortuantely the patch did not eliminate my bug. It only eliminates the explosion, when the sergant approaches the wooden gate. I still can not cross the door sill.
I will now try to delete or rename the save game, so that I'm able to give it a fresh start.
I found the bug reports. Where do I send them?

Question, is it the first door or is it the wall that is having this issue? Did he successfully set the charges and allow the turns to pass? Or is the door exploding as soon as he gets near it?
If you continue having issues let me know. I'll be able to send you a save file good up to level 6, so you can at least continue on.
before the patch, the door simply exploded as soon as the Corporal gets to the door. To be precise, I walk to the door (green area), then changed facing towards the door and huge explosion ripped the door apart. The door was gone, but I could not cross the sill.
After the patch, nothing happens at all.
Should there be a interaction point?
I haven't got so far with my new save game. Maybe tomorrow. I'll let you know what has happend.
Before the patch there was a bug that would sometimes cause the animation of the door exploding to occur as soon as a character got up next to the door. The door as an actual object would still be there, and you would still have to set the charges and wait for those turns to pass before being able to get through.
It sounds like the patch got rid of that weird animation blip, and it is now functioning as it should. Look in Sarge's Activation Menu once he is next to the door, and see if you have a "Set Charges" button. If you do, press it and you should be able to proceed as intended. If you don't then there is definitely an issue there.
