been atleast 5 days of trying and i still cannot redeem the Coupon for the 7 day premium bead ingame or on the website

This is a marketing scam by estsoft:

Giveaway of item to attract players > Purposely remove that one item > Keep a % of those players without giving them that slight advantage.

They are doing it on PURPOSE. The blessing blead plus (7D), if you check the shop, is the ONLY listed item that is REMOVED. Don't you think that's strange?

I already told est-lluvia, and informed support with pictures, they literally just have to add the stupid bead to the shop, and the coupons work. Easy fix.

Why isn't it fixed? Because they don't want you to have the item, simple false advertising.

as of 3/5/2016 They still do not work it looks like its only certain accounts because like i said my friend is able to use the coupons just fine but i am not

I submited the ticket, but I wanted to point out my opinion here as well.

Problem is not with Coupons, those codes work!
I'm 99% sure the problem is with Cabal Item Shop. Even if I wanted to buy a 7day Blessing Bead with eCoins, it's impossible, because that item is blocked in item shop somehow.

You keep telling me to contact support after I did it multiple times.
What's funny is that you added new hats and stuff to the shop and coulnd't be arsed to fix the 7d bead.
