Regional Restrictions & Limitations
We have received reports of some players getting stuck at the entry screen, unable to login. This issue can generally be solved by allowing CABAL to update through Steam, but in some cases, your location may also cause this issue to occur.

At present, certain countries with existing dedicated local services of CABAL Online will not be able to connect to the CABAL North American service via Steam.

Some of the affected countries include:
Brazil
Philippines
China
Russia

If you are located in one of the regions listed above, localized versions of CABAL Online are (in most cases) available in your country with local servers, but connection via Steam to CABAL’s North American service is not presently possible.

We are actively considering the best options for the players moving forward, and we will provide updates as the Steam access situation changes in the future.
