Need help in login account

I have 2 accounts in cabal, as I can switch accounts by steam? to start the game will not let me change the account.
please help

short answer:
can you find the game in your pc? forget steam for the minute and load the game as administrator.

what i did to remedy the issue:
I downloaded the game from steam, and microsoft edge opened and asked for account login. gave me a high five and told me to open in steam. once downloaded i messed with the options for sound and visuals and pressed start. i was then taken straight to the server page. (where is my other account?? hmmm)? i spent hours looking for solution to getting the login screen before the server screen. i went to cabal online.com and logged in as my other account it took me to the download client page. woohoo!!! -i thought- now i can duel log!! i downloaded the NA client. (now two cabals on my disk drive). I found out i cannot duel log -sad face- no problem this is fun game. i saw a guy in here say to open game in directory (wth is a directory lol). so i closed out the game and restarted the entire laptop (yuup im on a laptop). i found the new download of cabal online NA in my system (directory maybe). and ran as admin. it updated and looked normal. I messed with the options again and pressed start. closed one eye turned my head and peeked through the other eye.... BAZINGA!! account login page with the soft keyboard we all know and love. woohoo!! so i now have two cabals on my desktop and things are all right in the nevareth world. i still cant find the account login on the steam cabal but the other one works now even from my desktop icon. high five guys n gals lets get our game on
