Did anyone elses account get deleted a long ass time ago? i use to have every class at the time over rank 100 and they changed game owners at some point and i never got my accounts back. i have some old screenshots on my facebook but thats about it i think i have access to the old account but when i log in from steam there is no other login options and im not even sure if it would have the accounts . just wondering if this happened to anyone else and if they know if everyones accounts at the time got deleted it what. doesnt look like the same game anyway tbh

Gives botting an excuse. I had also legit account (never botted) but not much point wasting ur time when the acc gots deleted.

happened to me as well.

during the time i came back they were in a transferring process but i had forgotten my old pw but unfortunately for me they didn't have a recovery service in use during that time. only way was to remember the pw which i did not so i gave up. so if you didn't transfer during the server merge, your account data is most likely gone forever.

ty everyone. it is a sad day i loved the game but after grinding those heros to max level i doubt id do it again, also looks like the uh.. whatever special weapon ability they were have changed cant remember what they are called lol oh well

send a ticket accounts cannot be permanently deleted in this game they still have saved data. of your account in thair files
