Can't download Cabal online

Hi everybody,

I tried to download this game and was able to download the installer. However, whenever it comes to the updater, the download speed is really slow (200 bytes/s) and it never makes any progress. I've left the installer running overnight and even after 10 hours not even 1% of it was downloaded. I don't really know why this game won't update. I would appreciate any suggestions.

cabal left steam so if you wanna play it download it on the official side
