Attack and Defense Abilities

My character is 58 lvl WA and my Attack/Defense (on the top left in screen, under the SP bar) Abilities are 1/403...
And my passive skills are: Offensive Sense(1), Sharp Eyes(3), Vitality Mastery(3), Soul Blade(12), Iron Skin(20) and i have Sword cannon, Spiral doom etc..
My items are Titanium set without have a upgrade or function and i go full STR when i get the rank-up stats.
So of course my items not so good but i cant understand why my Attack Ability so far the Defense Ability?
