Can i still transfer my account with character from Europe-jupiter?

I used to play a lot of cabal ,but stopped for university*.Recently i decided to check how it is ,but didn't knew transfer happend.

I honestly do not know, from what I read, the transfers closed on 5th of April this year but the transfer link is still available.

Though the visible information would point that it is not functional, it still works. Got some friends transferred with their old characters and back to the game. Hope you got yours too :)
