I have nearly 20 hours and didn't unlocked it wet, is this a bug? how do I fix it?

Hello everyone. It has been a long time, but I have the orginal team back together and we are activetly working on a remake of the game. I apprecaite all the support that the community has given over the years. It took a lot to pull this together and it was very lucky that everyone became available at the same time. im cautiously optimistic, this studio hasnt really proven themselves. the OG seems more like a flash in the pan than an indicator of a quality studio. i hope going back to their bread and butter will be more conducive to quality rather than the overly-ambitious attitude i feel they had toward death toll. honestly, i feel like they might have been better off patching and updating the original rather than building a whole new game from the ground up. of course, i dont know how much work or what limitations ...

i heard it is on xbox 360, so it must have an age rating right? does anyone know it
