The Potential Of Castle Miner Z
This game has CRAZY potential, but noone can really do it without any feedback nor anyone to suggest... So, shall we start?

Lets start with some top priority ones.

Move to Unity

You might think im crazy, your not going for it, rather work with the old code to make more things, because it doesnt have alot of stuff, and you need to work on it.

But because it has so little stuff makes it easier to move to unity, to recreate the game.
The game already has the assets, so no need to worry 'bout that.
This would take a month if you learned, and this is great because it usually takes more than a month for a minor object.

Not to mention this would be able to reach Linux and Mac users.
it would also be easier to make stuff

Move away from minecraft

self explanetory. try to avoid things that minecraft would make and focus on things it WOULDNT make. this means less "medevial fantasy" things, and moving towards more realistic things, like in the day packs of wolfs attack you randomly or a bear comes- these would make great things.
(Credit Commander Pootis): The longer you survive the harder the attacks. this is a nice idea.

However, i dont think this is nessarsary. People like Scalapher The Dragon dont really agree with me and i am fine with that.
i just kind of didnt want people to just throw this game out as a "obvious minecraft clone"

Lets talk about more minor things.

1: Movement

better movement.
Speed things, helis, cars, so on.

SUGGESTION: "Vehicles could be cool, less moving on foot, carry multiple people, but it would make endurance and getting all the way out to the lantern plateaus too easy. Aircraft would be effective for travel, transport, and exploration, but would make you vulnerable to air enemies such as dragons. I guess fuel is a good balancer." - i guess cars get slower in certain places. such as the mountains might be a hard challenge, and moves a whole lot slower in the desert (idk 50% speed)unless using sand wheels, which make it a bit better (idk 70% speed) but makes it harder to go through other blocks (idk 10% reduction in speed).

2: guns

More realistic guns, more accurate guns.
I mean like using Real guns.
ofc u can use different names instead of thr real names for copyright, im fine with that. I mean a higher veriaty of weapons. Long range snipers, attachments, stronger gun but less accuracy, these are the things. Everything is balanced. There is no better from weapons. a pistol is semi-auto and weaker, but another weapon could be auto, short range and little accuracy, but stronger. You see where im going with this?
Take something like Unturned or CSGO or examples.

STD"I really like the idea of a togglable setting where players can become monsters. Like, you can get infected and become a zombie, werewolf, vampire, etc. This could be an interesting dynamic where you could end up being turned against your former allies and teammates and creates even more of a challenge for them." -i think this can be a good ally but i dont really agree with the infected part, because that strays away from the main point of the game and sort of an odd thing compared from the game. Still a valid point tho
STD"Also, before they add dedicated servers, there need to be a few more additions. There needs to be a way to hold the fort while your team is off. Some kind of system with power, traps, locks, turrets, and other defense things like that. If they had different methods of power generation, a geothermal powerplant would be OP in hell if you can hold off undead and hell lords." - that might actually be a great idea! but we would have to have more monsters and enimies to actually make use out of those. Maybe there are more spawns near crates and spawn-point blocks or teleport blocks or whatnot.

STD"Also, people keep recommending swords all the time, but others hate that it would make it too much like minecraft. So here is my melee system idea:

Knives are cheapest to make and swing fast, but have a short range and less damage.

Machetes swing slightly slower than knives and are more expensive, but habe a longer range and more damage.

Katanas swing even faster than knives and do the same damage and same range of a machete, but is very expensive.

Laser Swords are able to mine faster than any pickaxe, do more damage than a machete and katana, have the same range as the two conventional swords, but has absolutely terrible durability and is extremely expensive, requiring space rock and goo, diamonds, and bloodstone.
" - i think they should add a reward, such as a higher chance of dropping loot and dropping more and better loot, or else everyone would rather just gun them down.

Pretty good ideas. Packs of wolves and bears attacking would be soooo cool. And maybe the longer you survive the harder the attacks are.

I feel there should be an xp system, killing mobs rewards you with xp which you can use to unlock crafting recipes in a sort of tree or grid. This would make the game last longer and not get boring to new audiences. i havent played but these are good ideas
