I think you just have to go to the theater more than once with them. though it might also be tied to their lust level. Im on new game plus right now so I didnt have to grind as much and have just gotten the second cinema cg with the house wife. The first time thru i didnt quite understand all the mechanics so I didnt really have all the required uprades to stamina and lust accrual until the last couple of in game weeks. On my new game plus because of the money and items I carried over I am in the first or second week and already have the housewife's lust maxed out, the husband depressed and her second cinema cg unlocked.
