Future Updates and Improvements
I really hope this game gets more updates. I know some people may not like that there's no objectives or challenges, but I like that it feels like there less pressure for me to do something specific. Unfortunately I feel like I've almost reached the end of what I can play after only 5 hours. We need more blocks, we need more color varieties (everything is either white, brown, green, or orange). I've only used two of the environments so far so that hasn't bothered me, but I can see how it would get old to build on the same four environments over and over again. I was really bummed to learn that I wasn't going to unlock any actually new blocks by building more; just cute varieties of pre-existing blocks. For a game made by a single guy it's quite good and I hope they see how much everyone wants more from this game as encouragement that they've done a good job. At the very least I'd love to see workshop compatibility so that other people can implement the features they want.

I agree. I would appreciate more levels of depth, especially closer to the camera. For more freedom I wish I could rotate the items and flip them upside down and change their colours (hue).

rotating the items would be really nice. I'd also like if we could change the size so that we can create an illusion of more depth within the space. Also building tiny houses next to the normal sized houses sounds fun.

There is a work around for that. You could for example move all of your block a bit more to the background, then build what you to have closer in the foreground and afterwards shift all of the blocks back so now the new block are closer to the camera.
You can check my guide for that, it's the off-set section: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3219289416

such a good game BUT in my opinion what it needs to reach the next level:

1- LOADS more of everything to place in each category
2- the ability to turn things 90 degrees
3- the ability to change the colour of anything
4- being able to write our own text on signs
5- opening it up to Steam workshop
6- this is less important but more maps, maybe even famous cities and the ability to change the season?
