go to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Infinitap Games\Neverending Nightmares (replace the <USERNAME> with your Windows username)
open the file "settings.config" with Notepad.
Change the top line "Fullscreen=True" to "Fullscreen=False", then save the file. Now when you run Neverending Nightmares, it should run in a window, letting you click Play and get to the options menu, where you can set the resolution to what you want.
I'm not sure on the exact settings file locations for other OSes though, try doing a search for "settings.config" on your hard drive if it's not in that folder.
I'm so sorry to hear you are having trouble, and if you are running a different OS or none of these work, let me know.
the game is to big for screen
I'm not sure what resolution was set (it wasn't highlighted) so I chose the highest (I'm on a mac book pro 15" using bootcamp windows 8.1) and ever since I changed the resolution the game doesn't "fit" anymore. I can choose whatever resolution I want, it doesn't help anything.
I tried to delete the game and reinstall it, but now it opens in windows mode all the time, I can't seem to "unwindow" it, I tried alt tab but then I get to the same magnified issue.
Any way to completely remove the game and reinstall it? Perhaps the issue is in some base config file?
