How To Get The Other Two Endings? {SPOILERS}

Hi, I just finished the game with the Wayward Dreamer ending, that is, I found Sister Sweet sleeping, kissed her good night and went off to have a good night's sleep myself, the, I am assuming, so called "Happy Ending" to the game.

Anyone got any other endings? Know how to trigger those? I explored everything and clicked on all paintings/dolls/clickable items to get Wayward Dreamer. Also found the axe by going down the stairs with the lit candle and then carried the axe around for a while to bust down that door.

Here are some general hints: in Insanity (the asylum level), when you get to the end, don't jump. Then in Together at Last (the first branch you'll see if you follow that path), look very carefully during the flashes of light near the end to get the middle ending. You'll know what I'm talking about when you get to it :)
