Is there a way to extract the sound files?

No, I don't mean the soundtrack; I know that's available elsewhere. I'm talking about all the sound effects and vocal effects (not just the dialogue from Thomas and Gabby, but also the vocal sounds from the monsters) that're used in the game. I'm asking because I can't find a way to do it on my own.

When I go into the game's files, they aren't like a regular Steam [i/] game's files are, in the sense that there isn't a "Data" folder or "MonoBleedingEdge" folder or anything. There's a file titled "sound" that I assumed contains all the audio in the game, both the soundtrack and sound effects. But it's an ITAP file, and after looking online for ways to extract audio from ITAP files, I'm coming up empty-handed.

So if anyone who knows - or even the developer himself - could respond with an answer as to whether or not it's possible to extract the audio files from this game, I would appreciate it immensely. And if it is [i/] possible, then please explain how I can do it as well. Thank you.
