there will be bugfixes and performance adjustments until december though. hope they can get it right in time.
Its quite sad since the game finally had some promise having more or less fixed the build system.
Personally i think the general game direction was to PG13 so it would never make money.
managament not really appealing to most kids.
And minecraft not really appealing to most adults.
And the management does not really have scale or deepth enough for it to be entertaining.
Its a shame since i would love a dwarf fortress/rimworld with a bit of scaleability as pretty as stoneheart.
never said that radiant isnt to blame. they mismanaged their money + asked for far too few in the first place. (even if they hadnt mismanaged, 1 programmers annual salary is 80k, you can do the math how far 750k will get you, a game being kickstarted means nothing)
if people buy EA games they pay for the current state of the game, not for what it eventually will be. theres always a risk it wont work out so its the peoples fault for being too loosely with their money, speaking of charity, really.
if people dont get suspicios when a company with zero experience in game development asks for (initially) 120kish to make a game from scratch with own engine and everything, honestly, its absolutely on them. they better should have done their research.
