First, go to your Steam library on the computer that has the save, right-click Stonehearth, go down to "manage", then "browse local files"; that will take you to the game folder and in there you'll find a folder called "saved_games." The saves have auto-generated names (bunch of numbers), so if you have multiple saves then you'll need to do some testing to figure out which is which (the easy way is to match their "last edited" timestamp to the last time you saved that game), or if you only want to carry one save across out of multiple you can use autosaving as a shortcut (open the save you want to transfer, play long enough for it to autosave, and then your autosave will be an up-to-date copy of the save you want.)

Once you've located the save/s that you want to transfer, simply make copies of the relevant save files and then use the same steps to find your save folder on the other computer; paste the saves in and you're good to go.

You can also use this method to make backup saves for if you want to test out new mod configurations, commands/dev tools, or do anything else that might "damage" the save. You can even use it to share your save to another player!
