there is a mod that add them in thou. yhnik is called the "cafe mod"
How do you deal with the Hearthling thirst requirement in CAFE?
Firstly - any berry will provide hydration. So make sure you have berries and pears in the case of Rayyas.
Secondly - By building a well. By clicking on the well, you will be given a Bucket of Water. The bucket of water will then provide water for 10 Hearthlings to drink, or for use in a recipe, which more often than not will provide hydration for 10 Hearthling (but will be more efficient at it)
Be aware that dehydration can kill - and its designed as an extra balance challenge for players.
Finally, if the thirst mechanic just isnt for you? - uninstall the mod by deleting the cookmod folder from your 'stonehearth/mods' directory :)
When dealing with mods, it is always a good idea to ensure that you are using the latest version. In CAFE's case, I listen to feedback and update the mod regularly. The discourse is the only place to get the latest version.
