Report a translation problem
It could be any number of things. A good number of indie games on steam are initially blocked via anti virus just due to the fact they're relatively unknown, or they didn't sign things or whatever. Just assign exceptions in your antivirus, but also scan the game folders just to be sure ahead of time if you for some reason don't trust it.

Steam or developer compromized?
Steam doesn't give you viruses :P
Does your Antivirus has anything where you can set it so that you can select programs that are safe to run, Because I have AVG and there is an option where if a program is in question, I can say whether its safe or not, and then the Antivirus will remember that program to be safe to run??
