how to activate the amberstone pedestrial

As the title says.... I'm in the quest to place the pedestrial for the rabbits.
It has two values in its name (0/2) and (0/3) The (0/3) is environment value. This is what I could find out. but what is the first thing?

If you're talking about the residency quest, you need to build or assign a house with a minimum of two beds and if I recall correctly "good enough aesthetics" in it and place the pedestal within it.

Haha yeah probably, since they usually live underground they probably want a change in scenery!

Mine lived underground just fine, but I just had to add a few decorations. (Good thing the rabbit people gifted me a bunch over the course of the game)
