Keep in mind however, that getting above merry is designed to be very hard to maintain. If most of your population is merry, you are honestly doing very well. Getting everyone to jubilant and maintaining it is pretty much impossible.
I have a new question is it better to build your own building or use the templets?
The templates are just fine to use, but a big part of the game is building and creating your own town. You might want to just lay down a few of the given templates to start with and then play around with build mode and make your own stuff, its not as complicated as it may seem.
The game pretty much lets you go with what appeals to you the most.
Has anyone see if the second upgrade for the hearth works on the one that gives you like 2% interest in the gold you have?
Buff is really good, there are various buff. Sometimes I got the +4% to Inventiveness (Increases chance to craft a fine item) Then I roll out quite lot's of high quality products :D
