I can't say I'm that crazy about having to have a roof over my pastures but the AI for animals just isn't there.
lol... sooo that makes sense XD..............
have 2 pastures one built inside,,, one built outside,, simply because the game cant work out
theres a "barn" or shelter for the animals to go into..........
for a game thats got animal care-taking in.... you'd think that would be one of the things on the top of the to do list wouldn't you lol....
stardew valley as barns get automatically trigger animals getting into sheltter
hell..... even rimworld allows you to build beds for large and/or smaller animals which you can build inside a building which you could picture is your stables,,, which have some heaters installed for cold weather XD
and thats just of top of my head on the games i own...
cant remember of gnomoria had the same idea... theres quite a few games this SH, RW and SD,,, that shelter animals xD
..... thank god... i installed the mod that rises animals per pasture....
guess ill have to keep an eye on the next days weather tab and plan ahead when im sticking the animals inside........ (faceplants table)
Just station a guard/patrol of troops near your pastures during winter, any clerics will automatically AoE heal nearby critters, and actively seek out nearby unhealed stragglers that aren't hit by the AoE.
... [unnecessary] problem solved.
